F.A.Q.s

Q: How to get there?

A: By car. It's a must. It's "Central Portugal", for some reason ;-)
There are trains to Coimbra, Guarda, etc.
And from there are buses.
But it's best suitable for someone who goes by car.

Q: Land - does the property has any land?

A: No. It was a requirement for us, when we bought it - we would be long time absents and didn't wanted to come back and face... a Jungle!

Q: Paperwork/ownership - everything OK?!

A: Yes! We're the owners; Property currently and since long time ago, has a loan to a bank, on our names. It will be paid for, at Escritura time.

Q: Swimming pool - Can it be installed?

A: No. Maybe in the garage - it has area to it - but it's a nonsense.

Q: Does it have stairs?

A: Yes, from street level to entrance a few; some more to
upper floor. To garage you must come down some stairs also.
